Merlot Mag, Issue 1: Biblocrat

Updated: Jul 26

“Separation of church and state” is paraphrased by Thomas Jefferson as part of the US Constitution’s First Amendment. Being a Biblocrat is not anti-politics, being a Biblocrat is actually being proactive while not allowing a specific line between parties to affect your relationship with God. It is the area where God’s love overshadows any difference in political views. Being a Biblocrat means that you pray for the well being of whoever is in office. There is no separation between church and state.

There are both Democrats and Republicans in the Kingdom. Where do we come together? Do we remember our TRUE party? Do we remember who is the Way, Truth and Life of the PARTY? We are heading into some trying times together as a Body. Are we ready? Have you spoken with your sister/brother across the aisle, and had meaningful conversation? I know how we're different, but do you remember how we're ALIKE?
